About Two Stones Photography
The Mother-Daughter Duo Who Get the Shot—and Have a Damn Good Time Doing It
Whitney Stone
Photographer, Owner, and Chaos Coordinator
I’m Whitney—photographer, psychology student, and the slightly over-caffeinated force behind Two Stones Photography. I’m not just here to snap pretty pictures. I’m here to capture the real stuff—confidence, connection, the in-between moments that tell the truth. I’ve always been drawn to storytelling, especially the kind that doesn’t need words. My background in psychology shapes the way I see people—what they’re feeling but not saying, what they’re trying to protect, or what they’re finally allowing themselves to celebrate. Photography is how I give people back their proof: that they matter, that they’re enough, and that they were seen in that moment. My style? Laid-back, bold, a little sarcastic, and deeply intentional. I’m not afraid to climb bleachers, lay in the grass, or chase the light across a football field if it means getting the shot. I’ll coach you through poses, fix your hair, crack a joke at just the right second, and hype you up like we’ve been friends for years. This isn’t about perfect. It’s about powerful. I want you to leave your session feeling more like yourself than when you arrived. Let’s create something that looks good, feels honest, and reminds you exactly who you are.
Aniah Stone
Second Shooter, Visual Storyteller, and All-Around Creative Force
I’m Aniah—Whitney’s daughter, second shooter, and the one usually dialing in the lighting while she’s cracking jokes or chasing the shot. Photography clicked for me fast. I picked up a camera, and it just made sense. Now, I’m on the sidelines at meets, behind the lens at sessions, and part of every creative decision we make. I’m not here to just press a button—I care about how it feels. I pay attention to the vibe, the light, and the energy of the moment. I know when something’s off and how to fix it. And when everything lines up? That’s when you get the shot that makes people stop scrolling. Working with my mom is always an adventure—we balance each other out. She brings the experience, I bring a fresh perspective, and together we build something better than either of us could do alone. I’m still growing into my role, but I’m not here to stay in the background. This is just the beginning, and I’m already leveling up with every shoot.
Gracie
CFO (Chief Flop Officer), Emotional Support Boxer, and Studio Diva
Gracie is our resident Chief Flop Officer, specializing in dramatic floor flops, mid-edit sighs, and emotionally grounding vibes. She takes her role in the studio very seriously—unless it’s nap time, snack time, or literally any time she decides she’s over it. Equal parts supervisor and chaos gremlin, she insists on being involved in every aspect of the business… as long as it doesn’t involve actual work. Whether she’s sneaking into frames or demanding scratches during photo edits, Gracie keeps the mood light and the floors warm. She’s not just part of the team—she runs it (at least in her head).

Behind the Lens: Fun Facts
Whitney’s go-to look: Sleek joggers, clean sneakers, and a hoodie that says I showed up early and packed the extra battery. Think sporty, a little bougie, and 100% camera-ready.
Aniah’s snack lineup: BUBBL’R, ranch, cheese, ice cream, and the occasional latte—because balance.
What we live for: Warm light, wild energy, unexpected moments, and that one shot we both gasp at when we see it on the screen.
– “Gasp—I can’t believe I just got that shot.”
– “Mom, chill. I had the lighting.”
– “Aniah, fix the hair. No, not like that. Never mind, I’ll do it.”
